2. Your conference will be active for a period of 30 days to give you a chance to try out the system.

3. At the end of the trial period, you will have the option to make your conference permanent. Pricing is as follows:

• Submission features only: $199
• Full System (Submission & Review): $499

4. If you decide not to use the system after the initial 30-day period, simply do nothing. There is no cost or obligation.
